Que faire avec des tomates vertes ? Bonjour,
Mes tomates de jardin : la cata !! elles sont belles mais vertes. Elle ne vont plus mûrir c'est certain.
Pas assez à maturité pour les finir à l'air. Je ne peux plus rien en faire. J'en ai quand même une trentaine.
Savez vous si on peut les cuisiner dans leur état ? si oui, auriez vous une ou deux recettes à me proposer ?

tu les emballes une a la fois dans du papier journal,puis tu les mets sur
l'appui de fenêtre pendant quelques jours et elles vont devenir rouge
