Quand je fais un cake les ingrédients tombent au fond du moule, comment faire? L'autre jour j'ai fais deux cakes, un au mars et un au citron avec des citrons confits. Malheureusement les ingrédients sont tombés au fond du moule alors que je les avais bien mélangés à la pâte avant de verser dans les moules... Quelqu'un aurait une astuce pour que cela n'arrive pas ?
Pour les fruits ( raisins secs, citrons, pommes, etc...) il suffit de mettre un peu de farine dans un sac de congélation, d'y mettre les fruits et de secouer. Les incorporer ensuite dans la pâte et ils ne ' tombent ' plus.
Pour le mars, je ne sais pas, je n'en ai jamais fait.
