Comment faire une sauce au poivre? bonjour
quel ingredient et comment faut il faire pour faire une sauce au poivre ??,
Ingrédients :
40 cl de crème fraîche
1 c. à café de poivre noir en grain
1 c. à café de beurre
1 c. à café de Maïzéna
Préparation :
Ecrasez grossièrement le poivre.
Mettez le beurre dans une casserole. Dès qu'il commence à fondre, couvrez-le de crème en mélangeant.
Ajoutez le poivre en mélangeant. Laissez épaissir sur feu doux en versant la Maïzéna et en mélangeant de temps à autre pendant 10 minutes.
Nappez votre plat.
